Fields of activity

Exercising in every areas of law, each attorney of the Firm has particular experience in some specific areas.

Thus, Me Marc-André Renold teaches Art Law and Cultural Heritage Protection Law at the University of Geneva. Author in particular of the commentary of the Federal Act on the International Transfer of Cultural Property, he is a reference in this field. Marc-André Renold has also specialized in the areas of Intellectual Property, commercial Law and private international Law.

Me Elisabeth Gabus-Thorens has a long experience in the judiciary field, which is complemented by her experience as Acting Judge of the Court of Justice. Her areas of predilection include Family Law, Protection of the child and of the adult Law, Criminal law especially in defence of the victims and the Social Insurances Law.

Me Virginie Jaquiery has extensive knowledge in the areas of Family Law and  Protection of the adult and of the child Law. She is currently completing her PhD in the latter area. Me Virginie Jacquiery is also lecturer at the University of Geneva.

Me Matthieu Gisin has a particular taste for Criminal Law, Labour Law and contract law, areas in which he disposes of important knowledge and has already gained solid experience.

Me Zoé Seiler has a wide knowledge and a strong experience focused on contract law and, in particular, labour law. Her specialization in intellectual property law allows her to be active in particular in artistic and cultural contexts. Zoé Seiler also assists her clients in the domains of contract law, public service law, immigration law and social security law.
