Zoé Seiler

Zoé Seiler studied law at the University of Geneva and Humboldt Universität in Berlin (2002-2006). She specialized in Intellectual property law and obtained a Master degree (LL.M.) at the Humboldt Universität (2008). She then achieved her PhD on copyright and labour law issues at the University of Geneva under the direction of Prof. Gabriel Aubert (2012). Zoé Seiler also holds a Complement of Bachelor of Arts in Art History (2011).

Active as a junior associate (2013) and associate (2015) at BMG Avocats law firm (2015) and then as an independent lawyer (2017), Zoé Seiler specializes in labour law, with a focus on questions linked to artistic and cultural institutions. Zoé Seiler is also active in the domains of contract law, public service law, immigration law and social security law.

Zoé Seiler is currently studying to obtain a Certificate of advanced studies in mediation. She participates to a Legal advice Unit for artists.
